In 2020, Machteld van de Moosdijk decided to start her own real estate firm. Her dream is to establish a strong online brand. In addition to selling homes, buyers and sellers will find tips and tricks on her social media. But also nice anecdotes about her life as a broker and young entrepreneur. “It doesn’t just have to be dry matter. I want to inform my followers in an entertaining way and make them think. I want to engage with them: see what they need, where I can help them and how I can inspire them.”
Machteld asked me to write a content marketing plan after which she asked me to keep working for here as her content manager. Once every 2 to 3 weeks we set up a meeting to discuss what’s going on and what we can write and share on her social media platforms. To work together, I came up with a system in Notion in which she can check the status of content, where I need her input, what already has been posted etc.
We have some nice plans for this year concerning content and other marketing ideas.
